  1. I saw the show last night at the Prince Edward Theatre – and loved it! Very slick, well-acted and polished song performances. I was very impressed! Also additionally exciting was seeing the real Bob Gaudio in the flesh at the performance :)

  2. Thanks for the photo coverage. I especially love the image of the guys with the street lamp overhead… some things never change from those early days in Newark! You make it very tempting to get on a plane.

Have a great Opening Night and a long, long run!

  3. Saw the London preview performance on March 7th.
Scott Monello took the role of Frankie Valli.
Overall a good show although the audience did not get quite as worked up as we have heard the USA audiences have done.
Will definitely go and see it again.
They could probably do a great sequel with “The ones that got away” ! (Why was “The Night” missing from that list ?)
In conclusion as a 46 year FV4S fan, isn’t it great that the group is getting long overdue credit for its achievements.
Who knows – A Reunion concert next with Joe Long returning to the group with FV,BG,& TdV ? The reissue & acclaim for the GILG album ? And what about the film version of Jersey Boys ?

  4. My wife and I saw Jersey Boys at the Prince Edward Theatre August 9th, 2010. It was fantastic! We give it a 10 out of 10. We can’t stop smiling every time we think about it. We have vowed to return to London in 3 yrs and Jersey Boys will be on our list of ‘must see’…again.
