Jersey Boys Broadway Celebrity Sighting: All My Children’s Corey Sligh

On Sunday, November 8, alert Jersey Boys theatregoers spotted Corey Sligh, presently of “All My Children†and soon to be starring with Jersey Boys’ own Andrew Rannells in the feature film “Sex and the City 2†with Sarah Jessica Parker. Corey has served as Steve Carell’s double in the recent movie “Get Smartâ€, and, also associated with agents Model Service Agency and Adam-NYC, graces the cover of the August 19, 2009 issue of MR, the major men’s retailing publication.
Corey took a few minutes backstage to take some photos with Dominic Nolfi, “Tommy†and John Hickman, “Nick†at the performance.

I shouldn’t admit it, but when I worked for ABC over 25 years ago and we had the TV blaring all day, I followed “All My Children” in the days of Opal, Greg, Jenny, and of course, Erica Kane.
I’ve occasionally watched it since, and seen Corey and he is sensational as “Corey” in AMC. Move over, Susan Lucci; there’s a new kid on the block!
Looking so forward to seeing Corey with Andrew on the big screen; I’m sure they’ll be great! Wondering if I should reserve my 2011 Oscar ceremony seat?

I know Corey and he’s a nice and down-to-earth as he is talented. I’m so thrilled his career is going so well, and it’s great seeing him posed with our favorite Broadway icons at “Jersey Boys.”

Amazing how Six Degrees of Separation always comes back to our Jersey Boys! Congrats to Corey and Andrew for their SATC roles. Looking forward to seeing both of these handsome, talented men on the big screen.

I hope to see more of Corey on All My Children. He’s not only sexy and has great star quality, from what I understand, he’s also a great guy. That’s a winning combination!

So exciting! How great is it when actors take the time out of their busy schedules to show appreciation to the theater. They are all such hard workers and such nice guys to top it off! Definitely looking forward to seeing Corey in SATC 2!

Wow, we are so proud of Corey! He’s such a sweet and down-to-earth guy. What major blessings for him to be with the AMC cast. We agree, he defintely bound for bigger and bigger projects as his career continues to unfold. Can’t wait to see him on the big screen soon. We love ya, Corey!!

I recognized Corey right away when I saw this blog post. I have been an “All My Children” fan for many years and I must say the guys are getting more handsome. Looking forward to seeing more of Corey on AMC and to also see Andrew and him together. I am an Andrew Ranellis fan also.
