Jersey Boys Cast Recording–WOW!

November 22nd, 2005

The Jersey Boys cast recording is getting as much praise as the musical itself! It provides the listener with a taste of what they have experienced (or will experience) on Broadway. As I’m playing it right now, it’s like being back at the August Wilson Theater.

Critic Michael Portantiere loves it!

The authenticity of the Rhino cast album is enhanced by the fact that it was produced by Bob Gaudio himself. The sound quality of the recording is excellent, and it includes just enough narration and dialogue to tell the story without being annoying.

Steven Suskin–Playbill’s On the Record Approves!

Jersey Boys is compiled with songs from the jukebox, yes, but let’s not call it a jukebox musical. A strong, canny and joyful musical, is more like it.

The public loves it on Amazon!
…If you can’t fly to NYC to see the show then this is the next best thing…
…This new CD lets you relive the fun…
…Every time I play the CD I am back in the theatre and Frankie Valli is before me once more, and all is right with the world…
