Jersey Boys To Appear in Stars in the Alley!
May 21st, 2007BroadwayWorld.com reports that Jersey Boys, along with many other stars from Broadway shows, will come together for Stars in the Alley, held in historic Shubert Alley on Wednesday, June 6 at 11:00 a.m. Presented by Continental Airlines, Stars in the Alley is an annual event that brings together stars from current Broadway productions to celebrate the end of the season.
Stars in the Alley features performances and special appearances by Broadway’s most popular musicals and plays, including Tony Award winners and nominees.In addition to JB, participating shows include: Beauty and the Beast, Chicago, Company, Curtains, The Drowsy Chaperone, Grey Gardens, Hairspray, Jersey Boys, Journey’s End, Legally Blonde the Musical, Les Misérables, The Lion King, Mamma Mia!, and many others.
Stars in the Alley leads up to the 61st Tony Awards on Sunday, June 10, 2007 and is produced by The League of American Theatres and Producers. Stars in the Alley is presented by Continental Airlines, official sponsors are Visa and The New York Times and additional support is from Junior’s.
