JLY Scheduled to Speak and Receive Award at BAA Event
February 19th, 2007BroadwayWorld.com reports that 2006 Tony Award winner and current star of Jersey Boys, John Lloyd Young will be a featured speaker at the Winter Intensive for Broadway Artists Alliance. The event will take place on Monday, February 19 at 2:30pm as a part of a three-day Musical Theater Intensive at Ripley Grier Studios, New York City.
In addition to speaking to the aspiring performers, BAA will award John Lloyd with the “Broadway’s Student Choice Award of 2006/2007.” He will also will be participating in a question and answer period reflecting on his rising career with the 45 young performers, ranging from ages 10-19.
