JLY’s What A Wonderful World On YouTube!

July 6th, 2007

Not only can you see John Lloyd Young’s incredible rendition of “What A Wonderful World” (with arrangements by Ron Melrose and orchestrations by Steve Orich) at the NBC Macy’s Fourth of July Fireworks on GILG, now you can check it out on YouTube! Enjoy!

  1. You nailed it, JLY, especially with that pitch-perfect ending.

  4. So very good…thank you John! And what a great job of choreographing the words to the fireworks! Macy’s pyrotechnics were right on target! Did you notice how the fireworks matched the colors John was voicing…trees of green…red roses…white clouds….and the red heart shaped pattern when he sang the phrase “I love you.” Wish I had seen it in person…thanks for including it on the blog, Susie!

  5. John, you sounded wonderful and I was so happy to see the clip, I had been away for the fourth and wasn’t able to see the fireworks display so it was great to see it here.
John, you are so very talented and I enjoy everything you do.
