London Jersey Boys’ Royal Variety Performance!

December 18th, 2008

On December 11th, the cast of Jersey Boys performed in The Royal Variety Performance at the Palladium Theatre to a star-studded audience including HRH Prince Charles and the Duchess of Cornwall. Their performance was aired on BBC1 last night!

  1. Oh My Lawwwd!! That was insanely BRILLIANT!! Loved how much of the production was included…staging was excellent. Just gorgeous…you can’t beat those close-ups!! Please remember to VOTE for JB, Ryan, Stephen & Klara for the Whats On Stage Theatregoers’ Awards. Only takes a few seconds:

  2. I saw one comment and I knew Charly you had to be the first -:). As you know we don’t fly anymore so it was great to see another cast… even if it was only for 8 minutes. I would loved to have seen more. What an honor for them,(and Rick Elice, Marshall Brickman and Bob Gaudio) to perform for HRH Prince Charles and the Duchess of Cornwall. I bet you are making your reservations now.

You’ll be a great agent for them!!!

  6. That’s the best TV showing of JB I’ve seen. Putting in some of the dialog gives a nice touch of the show. This is a great cast. I would pay money to see them if I were in London and I’ve already seen the show on Broadway.
