NEWSFLASH: Jersey Boys Sets Another House Record!
November 27th, 2006BroadwayWorld.com reports that the Broadway hit Jersey Boys, winner of the 2006 Best Musical Tony Award about Frankie Valli and the Four Seasons, has set a new house record at the August Wilson Theatre, marking the 19th time the show has topped itself since it opened in November, 2005. The gross for the record-breaking week ending November 26 was $1,182,601.00 for an eight-performance week.
Jersey Boys opened to critical acclaim at the August Wilson Theatre on November 6, 2005. The national tour begins December 1 (opening December 10) at the Curran Theatre in San Francisco.
