Sneak Peek of Graham Fenton’s (@graham_fenton) Reflections on Las Vegas as Guest Columnist for Robin Leach!
July 28th, 2015While Robin Leach is on vacation, many Las Vegas celebrities are stepping in as guest columnists for The Las Vegas Sun. Last week, Graham Fenton, JERSEY BOYS Las Vegas Frankie Valli for four shows per week, reflected on the city of Las Vegas and provided some terrific insights. Here’s a sneak peek below:
Las Vegans are still finding an identity. While our history is rich, Las Vegas is still a young city. I believe that the character of a city develops with age, much like a fine wine … or Keith Richards.
If its people are any indicator, I’d say that Las Vegas’ future is rich and bright. A common response to my Facebook post was that Las Vegans are proud of their city and eager to help their neighbor.
I’ve found Las Vegans to be extremely charitable. “Jersey Boys” noticed this, so we kicked off a “Four Seasons of Kindness” campaign, an initiative to give back to our community through local charities.
Our identity is still forming in our adolescent city, and that’s incredibly exciting. We can all contribute to what this frontier will become. I think we’re on our way to being known as the city of compassionate, hard-working adventurers.

Great article, Graham. I love LV. I’m originally from Southern California, but always knew back then that some day I would live in LV, and now I am for almost 13 years, and love it.

That WAS a great article, Graham – entertaining, yet interesting – all in 600 words. Some of what I’ve personally experienced in Las Vegas will have to stay there, a fact I’ll blame on my poor, next-day recall. But certainly there are many things out of Vegas which can never be forgotten ~ like the Jersey Boys BLOG!!
