Valli Promises Fall Concert In Chicago!

April 25th, 2007

NWITimes.com columnist Phil Potempo reports that Star Plaza Theatre CEO and talent buyer Charlie Blum had good reason to be all smiles last Saturday night backstage with singer Frankie Valli at The Chicago Theatre.

Valli had just finished a two-hour dynamite concert produced by Blum, which sold out the historic 3,800-seat venue. After enjoying the show, Potempo chatted with both Blum and Valli, and they both promised a return booking this fall, most likely on the same stage, just in time for the Chicago opening of the Broadway smash hit, Jersey Boys!
