Full Casting Announcement for Jersey Boys UK Tour!
July 14th, 2014Rebecca Donn of WhatsOnStage.com has exciting news about the JERSEY BOYS UK & Irish tour cast!
As previously reported, Tim Driesen will play Frankie Valli. Joining Driesen will be Stephen Webb as Tommy DeVito, Sam Ferriday as Bob Gaudio and Lewis Griffiths as Nick Massi, with Matt Corner taking on Frankie Valli on certain performances.
The final line up will also include Dominic Smith as Norm Waxman, Damian Buhagiar as Joey Pesci, Henry Davis as Hank Majewski, Leanne Garretty as Lorraine, Amelia Adams-Pearce as Mary Delgado and Sinead Long as Francine, with Dan Krikler, Dayle Hodge, Luke Morton and Charlie Allen completing the cast.
Jersey Boys, based on the story and songs of Frankie Valli and the Four Seasons, has won 55 major awards worldwide. Originally opening on Broadway in 2006, it received the Tony Award for Best Musical. The UK tour will be staged by the entire original Broadway creative team, led by director Des McAnuff and choreographer Sergio Trujillo.
The tour is currently booking until August 2015 and kicks off this September in Manchester.
