Photo Coverage & Recap: Stars Shine at NF Hope Concert Benefit Produced by Jeff Leibow!

Last Sunday, June 12, 2011, Vegas entertainers from all over The Strip came together at the Hilton Showroom to support JERSEY BOYS’ Nick Massi, Jeff Leibow’s NF Hope Concert Benefit. The benefit was held to raise funds and awareness for neurofibromatosis (NF), a condition which causes tumors to grow on nerve endings throughout a person’s body. Jeff’s three-year-old daughter Emma was diagnosed with this disorder when she was nine months old and Jeff and his wife Melody are now committed to find a way to raise awareness not only for Emma, but for so many born with NF every year and for the thousands currently living with NF.
The audience was treated an afternoon of superb entertainment, along with the chance to bid on dozens of unique and exciting items from shows (including a autographed chair from JB from the scene in Gyp’s basement); fantastic restaurants, and entertainment/show packages, in addition to golf, spa, and yoga certificates, and so much more at a silent auction before and after the show.
The benefit, hosted by KTNV anchor Lisa Remillard and Improv Comedian Matt Donnelly, featured an dazzling array of multitalented Vegas entertainers and cast members from production shows, including legendary impersonator Rich Little and his sidekick Steve Rossi; Vegas headliners Gordie Brown and Human Nature; and cast members from Phantom: The Las Vegas Spectacular, The Lion King, and of course JERSEY BOYS!
On the JERSEY front, Rick Faugno, Jeff Leibow, Deven May, and Peter Saide performed an extraordinary rendition of “When You’re Smiling,” with an amazing arrangement by JB orchestrator Steve Orich! Later, the audience was also wowed by Rick Faugno’s “For Once In My Life”–with marvelous vocals and dance moves to match! As the afternoon wrapped up, producers Melody and Jeff Leibow sang an awesome duet!
