Thirty-nine years ago today, March 13, 1976, The Four Seasons were back at Number One on the Billboard Hot 100 after an eight-year absence with December, 1963 (Oh, What A Night)! The song, written by Bob Gaudio and Judy Parker remained in the top spot for three glorious weeks.
